Trade.com is an online broker, offering Forex, cryptocurrencies, and other instruments. Founded in 2013, Trade.com is a trading company operated by Lead Capital Markets Ltd., based in Cyprus, and fully authorised and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).
The broker offers excellent trading platforms, including MT4, with separate trading platforms for ‘live’ stocks and ETFs. They also offer negative account balance protection, and customer compensation of up to 20,000 EUR, as part of the Investor Compensation Fund (ICF).
Trade.com Fees

Trade.com offers a straightforward fee model with no commissions and dynamic spreads. Spreads for each instrument are listed on the website, and available to non-clients. This makes the fee structure very transparent, but some spreads seem to be higher than typical, with the default spread on the USD/EUR quoted at 3 pips.
There are also a few other fees levied on clients, including an overnight charge, or swap fee, applied to positions that remain open overnight, conversion fees if your account currency is different from the quoted price for an asset, and an inactivity fee after 90 days. There are no other account fees, and no deposit or withdrawal fees.

Clients can use either the Trade.com WebTrader platform or the trusted and popular MetaTrader 4. The browser-based WebTrader platform is available on any device and is fully mobile compatible. It incorporates high-quality trading tools and indicators and offers access to over 2,000 assets. The MT4 option comes with all the usual features and plugins that are compatible with MT4, including Expert Advisors and various charting tools.
Both platforms are available as mobile versions for both iOS and Android devices. The platforms are intuitive, robust and easy to navigate.

Customer support is available from 22:00 Sunday to 22:00 Friday, GMT, via email and live chat. Attempting to contact live chat out of hours takes you to a convenient form to submit your question, and you will receive an answer fairly promptly when the office reopens. Support staff are responsive, polite and helpful.
The company does not appear to maintain social media accounts, and while there is a FAQ page, it is not as extensive as many competitors. Having said that, there is an excellent education centre, and a lot of information on the website, on every aspect of the company, all linked from the bottom of the home page.
