Our full NordFX Review is coming soon.
NordFX is a financial services brand owned by NFX Capital VU Inc, operating as an online broker, and offering mainly Forex and Cryptocurrency trading, alongside a few other financial instruments. Both NordFX and NFX Capital VU Inc have their registered offices in Vanuatu. The company was established in 2008 and has won various industry awards, including Best Customer Support at Forex Traders Association 2021 and The Most Transparent Broker (World Forex Award), naming the latest of the 60+ awards shown on their website.
NordFX generally offers commission-free trades, with profits taken from the spreads, as is common in Forex trading. Spreads depend on your account type but are competitive with other brokers on the market. There are spreads from 0.0pips on the aptly named Zero account, but there is a (very) small commission charge on this account of 0.0045 % per trade.
If you prefer no commission and broader spreads, you can go for the Fix account or Pro account. Withdrawal and deposit fees may apply, depending on funding methods, but are generally very low.
There is a choice of trading platforms at NordFX, including the popular MetaTrader software in MT4, along with all the usual trading tools, charts and other technical indicators MetaTrader users expect.
There is also an MT4 MultiTerminal option, which is useful for traders who manage multiple accounts. The broker provides free mobile apps which can be downloaded for both iOS and Android devices, with easy access to a range of trading tools, for trading on the move. All platforms are intuitive to use and offer a similar range of tools and features.
Customer support is easily accessed from the website, via a contact form, or directly by emailing support@nordfx.com. There is not currently a live chat option available, and no dedicated customer support phone line, although phone numbers for various countries are displayed on the contact page.
You can also contact NordFX via their social media channels, and they have a presence everywhere from Facebook and Twitter through to Instagram and Pinterest. There is also a FAQ section, which is a good starting point for everyday inquiries, although it is not as detailed as some of their competitors.
