XM provides today’s modern, on-the-go trader with mobile applications that are part of the MetaTrader family of platforms. It has apps for MT4 and MT5 for both Android and iOS devices. XM does not offer its own dedicated mobile app, but you can trade with XM anywhere and at any time you have access to the internet.

How to set up XM trading app

If you have already created an XM trading account, the simple steps to install a mobile app on your device are as follows: 

1. For Android devices, go to Google Play. For iOS devices, go to the Apple App Store.
2. Depending on your account designation, insert ‘MetaTrader 4’ or ‘MetaTrader 5’ in the search field.
3. Click the appropriate icon to download the mobile software.
4. When the prompt appears, select ‘Login with existing account’.
5. A new screen will appear – enter ‘XM’ in the search field.
6. Click ‘XMGlobal-Real’.
7. Enter your login eight-digit account number and your password.
8. You may now commence trading.

Yes, XM provides mobile apps for both iPhones and iPads using iOS. Go to the Apple App Store to download either the MT4 or MT5 version for your device.

Is the XM app free to use?

Yes, there are no additional fees for using the XM mobile app. Check with your provider to determine if any other device-related access/usage fees apply.

How do you download the XM trading app?
